6. Payment Terms

Fees are quoted in advance and payable according to the schedule provided. Access to some products may require full payment before delivery.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

For service engagements, you may request a refund within 14 days of the start date, provided no more than 10% of the service milestones are completed. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to credit the amount toward future services.

7.2 Information Products

Information products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us through our contact form. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days.

7.3 Goods

Goods may be returned in undamaged condition within 15 days of delivery. Please use our contact form to initiate the process. Once received, we will issue the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items

Certain custom services and digital assets that are fully delivered or downloadable at the point of sale are non-refundable due to the nature of their provision.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
